Affirmation For Breaking Soul Ties
My grandmother sent this to me a while back when I was wrestling with breaking soul ties from a certain individual. She typed it up, laminated it, and mailed it to me and I would literally read it every single day and even throughout the day when I felt myself regressing in my healing. This affirmation works! We know that life and death lies in the power of the tongue, so I encourage you to speak life over the situations that you want to live and death over the situations that you want to die. Death is usually associated with sadness but speaking death is not always a bad thing. My state of mind needed to die, so I spoke death over that situation. If you are struggling with severing soul ties with someone, I want you to recite this affirmation. Type it up and print it if need be, but watch your state of mind change.
Father God in the name of Jesus, I thank you for bringing me into the Kingdom for a time like this. I know that you brought me here for a great purpose and you equipped me to fulfill that purpose. The enemy has tried to stop me from becoming all that I can be. I praise you Lord God because you let me know that I am of you. I have overcome every obstacle and greater are you in me than he that is in the world. I curse all soul ties that I had with (fill in the blank) right now in the name of Jesus. Father, you know that I have a loving and forgiving heart, but I need you to completely wipe away all unforgiveness from my heart because of what (fill in the blank) did to my heart. I know that you said in your word that you heal the brokenhearted and I praise you for healing mine. I confess that I am healed from the hurt by the power of your name, Jesus.
I know that nothing and nobody can stop the great plans that you have for me. Your word says that all things work together for the good of those who love you and are called according to your purpose. I know that I am called according to your purposed and I am looking for the greater. THE GREATER IS MINE! I will continue to stand on your promises. In Jesus’ name, AMEN.
